Manna Money Principles for Success

Manna Money Principles for Success

Manna Money PrincipleGod wants to take care of you, but you need to know His rules. Yes, He has some simple rules about money. When you follow the rules, you begin a new journey to find His plan for your life.

Please watch the video below for those simple rules. You can find all of the rules in the Bible so you can prove that God’s promises do work, even when they sound bizarre and crazy.

In the Bible, God says many Bible verses that say, “IF” you do this, “THEN” I (GOD) will do this. Problem is? If you don’t “IF” then God doesn’t “THEN.” The rules are seen by many as His suggestions, but success is given by God in His time, His place, His rules. After all, He’s the God and we are the kids. He gives us many promises, and He stands behind them all, but IF I am disobedient, I am tying His hands from helping me.

Overheating – Are you overheating on the Dance Floor? Find out why, and what you can do about it. 407-297-9048

Are you overheating on the dance floor?

When a car overheats, the driver may see steam spewing from under the hood. overheatingBoth experienced and beginner drivers alike know that steam coming out of a car’s radiator means the car is low on water. In spite of the driver’s great knowledge about the needs of their automobile’s physiology, they do not share that same knowledge about how their human body works.

The human body works in some what the same way. How? If the car is overheating with steam coming out of the radiator, then it is showing the driver what it needs. Answer: The car needs WATER! In the same way, if a person is sweating profusely or feel like steam is coming out, then the body is telling the person the same answer: Answer: The body is low on water. Drink more Water. Don’t just take a mouthful of water because the body needs more – much more. Please try drinking 16 ounces of water without fluoride. Now, how do you feel? Better?

Great. In 20 minutes repeat drinking another 16 ounces. The morning after a dance, where you were over heated, is a special morning. Why? You might wake up feeling tired – even though you rested for an entire night. This is a secondary sign that your body is still low on water. Swollen eyelids, puffy eyes can also be a warning sign that the water shortage still needs additional attention. Before breakfast, drink 16 ounces of water without fluoride. You should begin to feel better.

The driver’s problem may happen again because there is a leak in the car’s radiator, and the over heating returns. You must fix the car’s leaking radiator or fix the clogging of the radiator to get rid of the over heating problem. For the human body, leaking is caused by consuming alcoholic beverages or beverages with caffeine.

Not Healthy Because it’s in PLASTIC!

Let me rephrase the answer so you don’t miss it: How can over heating be stopped? Yes, a person can drink more water, but you must watch out what else you drink or eat. Bottled water is dangerous because the plastic is porous. That means the plastic trades places with the water when the water is on a hot delivery truck or in your hot car. Over time plastic thins out. This thinning of the plastic means osmosis of the plastic is naturally taking place. Never re-use any plastic bottle because the health dangers increase with age. Please consider using glass bottles or BPA free plastic.

Did you know that your body uses one quart or more of water just to keep your body running smoothly. Like what? Using the bathroom uses a lot of water to remove waste from the body. If your stools are hard, that is a sign of a dehydrated body. If your pee is a dark yellow, that is another sign of a dehydrated body. Your body is communicating with you, but taking time to listen is difficult AND listening requires education.

Did you know you can lose a gallon of water in one hour of sweating? Water requirements triple for every ounce of caffeine or alcohol that a human drinks. It is hard to believe that drinking eight ounces of green tea will triple the requirement of water for the human radiator. An eight-ounce caffeine drink will increase the need for water by 24 ounces. Wine does the same thing, and hard liquor increases the need for more water!

overheatingWhen I last attended a dance, one of my dance partners commented about my cool hands. He asked, “How can your hands be so cool? You are dancing every dance? I didn’t get the opportunity to tell him how well I treat my body’s radiator with great kindness. How? I only drink distilled water that does NOT contain fluoride or chlorine bleach. Both are deadly to the human body and slows down metabolism. I always drink a 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in every quart of water to keep my radiator cool. It’s like adding anti-freeze to your car’s radiator.

Losing salt from sweating causes the radiator to run hotter, too. You might compare salt to adding antifreeze to a car to keep it running cooler in the summer time. Plus, eating regular table salt from restaurant or prepared foods will cause a radiator to over heat. Bad salt (table salt) promotes loss of water from a human radiator. Celtic sea salt or Himalayan Pink salt helps keep the human radiator cool. Eating and drinking bad table salt increases the need for good, balanced and whole salt. Even an occasional prepared food from a restaurant or canned good is sabotaging your health.

overheatingTry to drink at least one quart of water before going to a dance. This way your radiator is topped off and ready to race all around the ballroom dance floor without being a ball of sweat.

Other symptoms of a body that is dehydrated are:

High blood pressure, dry skin, constipation, a raspy dry voice, dry, lifeless hair, and other symptoms. Most of the symptoms will have the word “dry” in them. If you develop muscle cramps, please know this is a symptom of low salt – unrefined salt must be added to the water to prevent muscle cramping.

overheatingLet’s review the rules to running a cooler human radiator:
1) Give up and do NOT drink any caffeine or alcohol unless you triple the water you drink.
2) Add a 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt to every quart of water you drink.
3) Drink half of your body weight in water every day. A 200 pound person would drink 100 ounces of water. Drink the best water and food you are able to  find. This will help to insure your better health.
4) Pack a lunch or cook at home to eat purer foods without additives or preservatives. Home cooking advertised at a restaurant may NOT be a good choice because they choose the cheapest foods. A good example of foods to avoid would be any food that contains salt in the ingredient list.  Why? Because it contains bleach.

Health Benefits of BalletI remember when my daughters were four and six years old. They loved to play with each other. I had a built-in activity center. Never had to search for a play date. Wonderful.

I wanted to inspire my girls to be all they wanted to be. Ballet lessons were foundational to me growing up. Ballet helped me to have more confidence in myself, more poised, and much more co-coordinated.

As a teenager, I took ballet every day in public high school. We performed every Christmas for the entire high school — many happy memories! I felt my girls were ready for ballet lessons, so I found a school, scraped the money together, and scheduled our first appointment. I was soooooo excited.

The teacher was nice, the ballet room had a special ballet barre just for their special height. Purrrrr – FECT! But, there was one slight problem — my girls were hysterical after the lesson. They didn’t just hate it, they HATED it. Disappointed, I looked for other ways to inspire them.

Well, it is now 20 plus years later, and today I have grand-daughters — three of them! I guess I had to wait a generation in order to inspire some new ballerinas. We went on line and found the perfect place for them to dance. Before their first dance lesson, we took a trip to a second-hand store, and what was waiting for us there? A pair of Pink Ballet Slippers that were ready for the oldest grand daughter to wear. Ahhhh, Devine Providence at work! We scooped them up and felt very blessed we drove home.

Seedling Pots on the cheap – a homemade way that saves money

Seedling Pots on the Cheap – A How-to Video

When you go to the gardening store, plastic holds the soil, the fertilizer, the pots for the plants, and even the seedling pots. There is a big problem, because plastic is a porous material that out gases into whatever it holds. BPA (the chemical plastic leeches into whatever is inside) causes hormonal problems for anyone eating or drinking from it.

The soil in the plastic will have bisphenol A in it – a type of estrogen. The plants that grow in the plastic will be hormonally unbalanced to make a hormonally unbalanced food. Yes, if you drink purified water from a plastic bottle, you are putting your health at risk to have hormonal problems. Like what? Metabolism problems. As we age we accumulate a lot of BPA in our body, and it slows down the way we burn or DON’T burn calories. If you are a man, you may have problems performing in the bedroom or prostate issues. If you are a woman, you may have lumpy and hurting breast or other female illness. Do your best to avoid plastic – yes, even for your pets.

I wanted to sprout some seeds, and could not find anything but plastic. So, I combined a few video ideas off of YouTube and came up with the following video. I hope you like it – I do. Yes, the toothpick case is plastic, but the paper seedling pots don’t have contact for a long time. (less than 30 seconds.) If you can find a glass one, go for it.

Thea is on the Right

Healthy Living takes planning ahead. People often wonder how I started in the field of nutrition. The answer is simple. I have a Ph.D. in nutrition because of Thea. Let me explain.

When my first daughter, Theresa, was born, she was just perfect. (She’s the little girl on the left.) I can still remember looking at her for the first time in the delivery room. I couldn’t believe she belonged to me. As I stared at her, she looked back so lovingly and asked ever-so sweetly, “Who are you?”
I said, “I’m your mother.”
She asked, “Oh, and what’s my name?”
“Your name is Theresa – named after my mother.” I said.
“Oh, I like that. Who is that nice man with you?” she smiled.
“That’s your father.” I said proudly.
“I like him. I like you, too. What time would you like to wake up tomorrow morning?” she inquired.
“Oh,” I was a little surprised. “How about seven?”
“Yes, mommy dearest.” She cooed.
The next morning, Theresa woke us up at 8 a.m. I told my husband, I wanted many, many children. He agreed.

Twenty-two months later, I delivered Thea. I can still remember the first time I saw precious little Thea in the delivery room.
I looked lovingly at her and she asked, “Who are you, LADY?”
“Huh? I’m your mother,” I was surprised by her take-charge attitude.
“Yeah, yeah. And who is the dumb guy with you?” she barked.
“That’s your father,” I said feeling a little hurt.
“Okay,” she ordered. “Things are different. I’m here now. I’m gonna wake up at one a.m., and I’m gonna scream – – just like this! Arrrrrrgh!” and you better come quick!”

Thea had a bad case of colic. Even though I nursed Thea, she still suffered. She was so sensitive that she broke out when I ate strawberries. Thea’s colic didn’t stop at three months, she had the six-month colic. Poor baby – she screamed and screamed and I cried along with her. When she got older and started to talk, some of her first sentences were “Mommy, my tummy hurts.”

Healthy Living I was desperate for healthy living. I started searching for information about food. I began changing the way we ate as a family. Thea’s tummy aches gradually went away. That searching continues today and is a part of this website. Thea was born in 1982 and has been a long search that I want to share with you and your family. There are a lot of secrets here that have helped us, and my hope and prayers is that they help you as well.

Water with fluoride – good for teeth? The rest of the story.

Water with fluoride – good for teeth? The rest of the story.

Fluoride water – good for teeth, is NOT the entire story. Fluoride is a drug, and like all drugs there are side effects. Did you know there is a disease linked to drinking and eating too much fluoride? No? Yes, there is – it’s called, “fluorosis.” Please read on.

On August 19, 2016 I had a meeting with Carol L. Hunter, P.E. and Ralph Terrero, P.E., BCEE at the Seminole County Water Department to request that they do the right thing to protect newborn babies from drinking formula and fluoridated water. Here is the video I showed them:

Let me give you a little back up how the meeting with the Water Department happened because there are so many steps – you wouldn’t believe my run around:

On April 15, 20216 I spoke to Juanita at the Water Department. She answered the telephone. I told her that I wanted to reject fluoride in my water. She asked me my address and I gave it to her. She told me not to worry, because my address was getting water from another city and they did not add fluoride. I asked her, “Why are you lying to me? I can tell there is fluoride in the water because I am allergic to it.” She immediately backed down and  would have her supervisor call me.

Almost a month later on May 2, 2016 no one had called, so I called again. This time I spoke to Rita who transferred me to Elsa. Once again they had no answers only that my address did not have fluoride. I told them that I was a concerned citizen – my children, family and friends drink fluoridated water and I was concerned for their health as well. (Even though I felt by the way they read their script that it was not the truth but a written answer for personnel who answered the telephone.)

She had Shawn call me a few weeks later. (sorry, they didn’t give me a last name) His address:

  • Seminole County Water Department
  • P.O. Box 958443
  • Lake Mary, Florida 32795-8443

I called him after he did not answer my letter. He said that they have no jurisdiction to stop fluoride in the water, but that was the Health Department who made that decision and mandated that they add fluoride. He was just doing his job, and could not do a thing to help me. I called the Health Department,  (407) 665-3000 and they denied all accusations that they were responsible in anyway and told me that each city makes its own decision.

July 1, 2016 I called the Winter Springs Water Department who does NOT put fluoride in the water. I think I want to move? He told me that a petition might work, and he gave me Scott Rankin, Chief Water Treatment for Seminole County Water Department might be able to help me. 407-665-2760

I wrote to him and mailed him a letter that same day. I never heard anything from him and was beginning to see a pattern this was a subject that was put on the “Ignore list.” On August 9, 2016 I called Scott Rankin and he denied receiving my letter. He seemed uncomfortable during the three minute phone call and gave me the bum’s rush that I should go to a Board of County Commissioner’s meeting some time. I checked and  a meeting happened that day.

Since I wasn’t on the agenda list to speak, I signed up to speak. After waiting three hours I was told that the Board has no decision making authority about fluoride in the water, but I should contact my local Water Department. BINGO! I had started the merry-go-round ride for the second time. I told them that I did contact the Water Department who told me to contact them.

No looks of embarrassment that I knew I was getting the run around. They quickly asked for my telephone number so the right people would contact me. I couldn’t contact them, but they would contact me. I was officially the “Red Headed Step Child.”

One week later, Mrs. Smith (assistant) called me and made an appointment on August 19, 2016 to speak to Carol L. Hunter, P.E. and Ralph Terrero, P.E., BCEE at the Seminole County Water Department.  During this meeting is when I showed them the above video from the American Dental Association with Dr. Maria Lopez Howell saying to avoid giving fluoride to infants. Ms. Hunter from the Water Department said, “How do I know that the video is from the American Dental Association? I guess I looked dishonest to her?

Ralf Terrero spoke up and said that the Health Department that the Health Department had called him after they announced stopping fluoride because of budget problems. He seemed quite upset as he told me what the Health Department officials said to him in such a rough manner that he has never been spoken to like that before in his entire life. This very hard conversation caused him to reverse his decision to remove fluoride from the water to save money.

Amazingly, a short time later the Seminole County Water Department was given two grants to completely pay for fluoride to be added to the water. I wonder why they denied any connection to the responsibility to add or delete fluoride to the water when I spoke to them a few months earlier? How is it then that the grant came from the Health Department and one other benefactor that was not mentioned to me? Something is wrong here. It seems like something is being hidden? But why? I’m not anyone with any authority. Every time I speak to anyone at a Government office the stories don’t seem to match up and no one will take responsibility. It is my opinion that fluoride in the water is being mandated by the U.S. Government and the Health Department is the silent enforcer.

Please know fluoride is rejected in over eighty percent of European countries. Only Americans drug their citizens. Fluoride is a drug that helps tooth decay when applied directly on the teeth in dentist’s office. Fluoride in the water that passes by the teeth is NOT an effective or direct application. All drugs have side effects and fluoride has a bad side effect of staining the teeth. Here is a partial list of the drugs that include fluoride in their formula:

Advair (fluticasone) for pulmonary disease Alphagen (brimonidine) bromide for rosacea or glaucoma Atrovent (Ipratropium) bromide for asthma and COPD Avelox (moxifloxacin) an antibiotic Adovart (dulasteride) for prostate Celebrex (celecoxib) an anti-inflammatory drug Celexa (citalopram) both fluoride and bromide Cipro (ciprofloxacin) an antidepressant Clinoril (sulindac) an nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug Combivent (from the ipratropium) bromide an enhaler Crestor (rosuvastatin) for lowering blood cholesterol Diflucan (fluconazole) DuoNeb (nebulized Combivent) Enablex (darifenacin) bromide Flonase (fluticasone) Flovent (fluticasone) Guaifenex DM (dextromethorphan) bromide Lescol (fluvastatin) Levaquin (levofloxacin) Lexapro (escitalopram) Lipitor (atorvastatin) Lotrisone topical cream Paxil (paroxetine) Prevacid (lansoprazole) Protonix (pantoprazole) Prozac (fluoxetine) Pulmicort (budesonide) Razadyne (galantamine) bromide Risperdal (risperidone) Spiriva (tiotropium) bromide Tobra Dex (from dexamethasone) Travatan (travoprost) Triamcinolone Vigamox (moxifloxacin) Vytorin (from eztimibe) Zetia (eztimibe).

Please don’t add fluoride to drinking water, get fluoride protection from your dentist! Cavities are a disease of the teeth caused by microbes. Sugar feeds the microbes and they destroy the teeth. Swishing salt water in your mouth kills the microbes and limiting refined white sugar in the mouth starves the microbes.

The big issue here is to protect babies who don’t have a single tooth in their mouth. According to the World Health Organization, the number ONE cause of mental retardation is too much fluoride when the baby’s brain is forming. In the first year of life our infants and babies are growing their brains. Fluoride lowers I.Q. and if too much is given of this drug the side effect is low mental function or mental retardation. Drugging all Americans to reduce tooth decay by 25 percent doesn’t make sense unless you sell fluoride or want to dispose of this toxic waste without charge. (Fluoroacetic acid is a waste product from the paper industry.)

Did you know that too much fluoride in the water will stain teeth. The video spoke about mild dental fluorosis, but look at the picture below to see what medium to severe cases look like. The cost to save children’s teeth from this disease is very expensive and traumatic to the children. Can you imagine the teasing a child must endure with this type of smile. A smile affects the way a child thinks of himself/herself, affects the friends that will play with them, and when they get older the chance of employment is less than with a healthy smile.

Call your water department today. Look on your water bill for the telephone number. Politely tell them that you want to reject fluoride in your water. Fluoride is a drug and you don’t want to be drugged. Yes, the water department will listen to you. Tell your friends and neighbors to make the call. Save our children. The more people call, the increase in letting the Water Department know what we want.
